In line with the upcoming GDPR regulations coming into affect on May 25th 2018 we have created this privacy notice to inform you of our data usage, storage and protection procedures. We believe you should always know what data we collect from you and how we use it, and that you should have meaningful control over both. As part of our ongoing commitment to transparency, and in preparation for new data protection laws that take effect next month, we're updating our Privacy Policy to empower you to make the best decisions about the information that you share with us.

We may have details about you on file, typically in the form of your names, addresses, email address, telephone number etc. This will in most circumstances have been gathered when you have contacted us directly or we have contacted you directly via email or phone. These details have been gathered and are typically stored by us in the following manner:

  • Email communication (Microsoft Outlook & Apple Mail)
  • Phone & SMS communication
  • Phone & computer contact apps
  • Master company contact list
  • Printed information held on file

As clients or collegues we may pass on your contact details to prospective new clients for the purposes of requesting referencing but will always let you know when we do.

As an architectural studio we have built up a list of clients, consultants, contractors and friends and this is typically used for the general day to day operation of our projects and business in a direct manner of communication.

We have created a direct mailing list via Mailchimp in order to consolidate our contact list for marketing & news purposes and if you are reading this you will likely receive a subscription email from us. Alternatively click here to unsubscribe or use the form below.
