ALTER & COMPANY were commissioned to design and implement a new restaurant in the heart of Brighton city centre. Large structural works are underway, altering the existing structural built fabric enabling larger volumes of space to dine and entertain.

The design sensitively organises the existing farm buildings through controlled and contemporary fenestration. This unites the traditional building features with clearly composed architectural picture frame windows and vertical rhythmic courtyard glazing.
